In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The convoy reached Brussels, the capital of Belgium, where it held a protest in front of the European Parliament, focusing on the plight of the 10,000 Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli occupation prisons. The campaign began in The Hague, Netherlands, in front of the International Court of Justice, and is set to continue to Paris and Strasbourg in France before concluding in Geneva, Switzerland, outside the United Nations headquarters. The convoy carries a clear message: justice is indivisible, and international silence prolongs the Palestinian tragedy. The Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) praised the initiative, describing it as a significant and timely action, especially as Israeli violations against prisoners continue to escalate amidst the ongoing war on Gaza. The PPS emphasized that this kind of popular and international mobilization serves as crucial moral and political support in the face of the “brutal system” imposed by Israel on the Palestinian people—particularly the prisoners, who endure harsh conditions that international observers have described as inhumane and blatant violations of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions. The convoy is scheduled to pass through five key stops starting in The Hague in June, where a press conference is to be held in front of the International Criminal Court, followed by a field tour and academic visit. The next day, it is to move to Brussels for a press conference at the European Parliament and a university event. Later, the convoy will arrive in Paris to host a conference at the National Assembly or Senate, along with a student-led activity. On June 16, it will stop in Strasbourg for a visit to the European Parliament, a field tour, and a university seminar. The journey will conclude in Geneva on June 17 with a vigil in front of the United Nations headquarters, accompanied by awareness campaigns and public speeches aimed at garnering global public support. The campaign hopes these actions will help raise international awareness about the issue of Palestinian prisoners and push the global community to take concrete measures to hold Israel accountable for its practices—especially the systematic arbitrary detention, torture, and medical neglect inflicted on thousands of prisoners. *** Eastern Libyan authorities block Gaza-bound solidarity convoy at Sirt checkpoint Friday 13-June-2025 SIRT, (PIC) Authorities in eastern Libya have blocked the “Steadfastness Convoy,” a civilian-led convoy en route to Egypt in solidarity with Gaza, at the entrance to the city of Sirt. The convoy, carrying hundreds of activists from across North Africa, was halted early Friday morning and has since been unable to continue its journey. Wa-il Nawwar, one of the organizers, confirmed in a Facebook video that the convoy was stopped based on “instructions” from security officials. “So far, we don’t know whether we’ll be allowed to continue or not,” Nawwar said, noting conflicting messages from various authorities. “Some say we’ll be allowed to pass within hours, while others say Egypt has refused and we won’t be allowed to proceed.” Nawwar emphasized that participants had already submitted all required documents—including a list of names and passports—to Libyan security personnel, but no final decision had been communicated. Despite the delay, he affirmed the group’s determination to reach Gaza’s border. “Since we left Tunisia, we’ve said we won’t turn back. Every step toward Gaza is firm. We will not back down”, he said. Nawwar criticized the authorities for cutting off the convoy’s internet access, describing it as a deliberate effort to isolate the group, saying, “They’ve cut off our internet and our coverage. Our youth, men, women, and children cannot reach their families.” In a plea for basic support, he called on local residents to provide water for the convoy due to the scorching heat in the area. According to a statement from the Joint Action Coordination Committee for Gaza, Libyan security and military personnel stationed in eastern Libya cited the need to await orders from Benghazi before allowing the convoy to move forward. In the meantime, the convoy’s leadership has instructed participants to set up camp on the outskirts of Sirt. The committee also called on Benghazi’s authorities to honor their earlier public support for the initiative, referencing a welcoming statement issued by the Libyan Foreign Ministry. “The Libyan people do not distinguish between east and west in their support for Gaza,” the committee stressed. Organizers reiterated that the convoy is peaceful and people-led, aiming to break the siege and protest the starvation and genocide inflicted on the people of Gaza by the Israeli occupation forces. The Steadfastness Convoy, which departed from Tunisia on Monday, is composed of 20 buses and approximately 350 vehicles. It includes hundreds of activists from Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania, and Libya. Their goal is to reach Egypt’s Rafah crossing to express solidarity with the more than 2.4 million Palestinians currently trapped under siege in the Gaza Strip. *** Gaza children undergoing surgery without anesthesia amid Israeli siege Friday 13-June-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Children in the Gaza Strip are being forced to undergo surgeries without anesthesia due to severe shortages of medical supplies, a result of the ongoing blockade imposed by the Israeli occupation government, according to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and the international organization Save the Children. In a statement posted on X, UNRWA warned that the Israeli-imposed siege is preventing life-saving medical and humanitarian aid—including anesthetics—from reaching Gaza’s hospitals. The agency called for the urgent and safe delivery of humanitarian supplies to relieve the worsening crisis. A recent report by Save the Children described the situation of Gaza’s children as the worst in the world. Inger Ashing, the organization’s executive director, underscored the gravity of the situation in a video posted Thursday, saying: “The Gaza Strip is now one of the worst places—if not the worst place—on Earth to be a child.” Ashing noted that massive quantities of humanitarian aid, including truckloads of supplies, are being blocked at the border. “We are a humanitarian aid organization, but we are being prevented from doing our job,” she said. She also shared heartbreaking insights from a recent visit to Gaza, recounting how children who once spoke of dreams for education and future careers now say they wish to die and join loved ones lost in the ongoing genocide. “They prefer to die and go to heaven, since paradise has food and water—things they no longer have access to,” she said. “They’ve lost hope that their situation will ever improve.” The Israeli occupation forces launched a full-scale genocide on Gaza on October 7, 2023. Since then, more than 54,000 people have been martyred—most of them women and children—and over 126,000 have been wounded. The majority of Gaza’s population has been displaced into overcrowded shelters, suffering extreme hunger and malnutrition due to the siege and continued obstruction of aid, including food and medicine. *** OCHA: Women in Gaza face degrading hardship Friday 13-June-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Women and girls in Gaza Strip are facing degrading hardship as a result frequent displacement due to the ongoing Israeli genocide, the UN Office for the Coordination of Human Affairs (OCHA) said in a statement on Thursday. OCHA said in a statement on X that “people are killed daily, survivors are hungry, and aid is far from enough”. It warned that “the fuel blockade now threatens to shut down life-saving services.” The Israeli genocidal war on Gaza has been ongoing since October 2023 leaving tens of thousands of casualties, vast destruction to infrastructure and houses and growing starvation amidst continuing blockade and closure of all crossings. *** PCHR warns of catastrophic consequences as Gaza’s largest southern hospital goes out of service Friday 13-June-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) has issued an urgent warning about the potentially catastrophic consequences of taking Nasser Medical Complex in southern Gaza out of service. This facility, one of the last major functioning hospitals in the southern part of the Strip, serves more than 600,000 residents amid the total collapse of the health system in the rest of Gaza. In a statement released on Friday, the PCHR described the threat to this vital facility, whether through direct targeting or forced evacuation under military threat, as a crime against civilians. It would result in the loss of emergency medical care for thousands of wounded and ill Palestinians. The hospital is currently operating at full capacity, with over 51 patients in intensive care and emergency cases overflowing into the corridors, all while suffering from severe shortages of medicine, equipment, and fuel. This warning comes after the Israeli military issued evacuation orders on Thursday for residential neighborhoods surrounding the Nasir Medical Complex in Khan Younus. Reports indicate that Israeli tanks and soldiers have taken positions dangerously close to the hospital, raising fears of an imminent assault or bombing, similar to previous attacks on this and other medical facilities across Gaza. The center emphasized that targeting Nasser, recently rehabilitated after partial destruction in February 2024, demonstrates a clear Israeli intent to eliminate all remaining health infrastructure in southern Gaza, especially following the destruction of the European Gaza Hospital. Nasir Medical Complex is the only hospital in southern Gaza providing specialized services such as dialysis, neonatal care, intensive care, surgeries, and cancer treatment. Disrupting these services amounts to a death sentence for hundreds of patients. The forced displacement of hundreds of thousands of displaced persons sheltering around the hospital and nearby centers only worsens the catastrophe. Civilians are again being pushed toward overcrowded and unsafe areas in western Khan Younus, with no safe haven left in the entire Gaza Strip. Simultaneously, Israel’s assaults on critical life-sustaining infrastructure continue. The Palestinian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority confirmed the total destruction of the last fiber-optic line in Gaza, resulting in a complete blackout of communication and internet services. This digital isolation severely hampers medical teams’ ability to coordinate responses and leaves civilians unable to call for ambulances or emergency assistance. Compounding the crisis, Gaza is running out of fuel, threatening to shut down hospital generators in facilities like Nasser, Shifa, and Al-Ahli hospitals. Despite the life-threatening emergency, Israeli authorities continue to block the entry of fuel and spare parts, leaving hospitals in a state of collapse after more than three months of siege-induced shortages of medicine and surgical capabilities. The PCHR emphasized that these systematic attacks—including mass displacement, repeated targeting of hospitals, and destruction of Gaza’s humanitarian infrastructure—constitute grave breaches of international humanitarian law, particularly the Geneva Conventions, which prohibit targeting medical facilities or impeding their work. They also criminalize the use of starvation and denial of healthcare as weapons of war. According to the statement, the scale and consistency of forced evacuations and the destruction of medical infrastructure provide clear evidence of Israel’s intent to commit genocide, as defined by the 1948 Genocide Convention and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. The center renewed its urgent appeal to the international community, particularly the United Nations and the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Conventions, to act immediately and decisively to halt Israeli crimes and ensure the protection of hospitals, medical personnel, and civilians in Gaza. It also called for practical steps to guarantee the entry of fuel and urgent medical supplies and to ensure accountability for crimes committed against more than two million people in the besieged enclave. The center stressed that continued silence and inaction at this critical moment equate to complicity in an ongoing, unrelenting genocide. *** Al-Resheq: Genocide in Zionist discourse is brutal agenda against humanity Friday 13-June-2025 DOHA, (PIC) 'Izzat Al-Resheq, head of the media office and a member of the political bureau of the Hamas Movement, affirmed that “genocide in Zionist discourse is not merely rhetoric, it is a brutal operational agenda, and it proves that the Israeli occupation is a threat to humanity as a whole.” In an op-ed published Thursday on Al Jazeera Net, Al-Resheq asked: “Is what we’re seeing in Gaza merely a military assault? Or are we facing a comprehensive project of genocide and ethnic cleansing based on deep-rooted racist ideologies?” He answered: “The American weapon—which carried out crimes against humanity in Hiroshima and Nagasaki eighty years ago—continues its crimes today against the Palestinian people, this time through Zionist hands stripped of all humanity.” The Hamas official drew a comparison, saying: “In the case of Japan, America’s inhumane nuclear assault aimed to force unconditional surrender—even at the cost of over 200,000 deaths and generational radiation poisoning. We are not comparing victims here but showing how the same colonial tools are reused by different hands in service of the same savage imperial machine.” He added: “History does not forgive. And without doubt, the divine rule regarding tyrants will prevail: the more they oppress, the closer their end becomes, and the more satisfying it will be for the oppressed.” Al-Resheq explained that the Israeli occupation, whose brutality defies description, has built its narrative on several key pillars, including stripping Palestinians of their humanity. This, he said, “paves the way for hundreds of thousands of soldiers—gathered from all corners of the earth under an illegitimate colonial state—trained in sadistic killing, fueled by US weapons and ideological justifications repackaged by rogue Zionist leaders as marketing slogans and political propaganda only believed by the complicit.” He recalled the infamous October 2023 statement by former Israeli Army Minister Yoav Gallant: “We are fighting human animals, and we act accordingly.” Al-Resheq listed a series of similarly shocking statements made by top Israeli officials, asserting, “These words alone—if international justice were real—would land them behind bars for crimes against humanity. Yet instead, these statements translate into real death raining down on unarmed civilians and children in Gaza.” He cited Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who said, “There is no such thing as a Palestinian people,” and justified starving Gaza’s population. Smotrich promised: “We will leave Gaza in ruins—the army will not leave a stone standing.” He highlighted Knesset deputy speaker Nissim Vaturi’s statements on Channel 13: “The only solution is to burn all of Gaza at once with its people,” and “Burn Gaza immediately.” Al-Resheq continued: “I’ve said before—Nazism is a mere pupil in the school of inhumane Zionism.” He also referenced Israeli Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu, who mocked the victims of the Türkiye-Syria earthquake, calling it “divine justice,” and advocated: “The army must find ways to inflict pain more excruciating than death on Gaza’s civilians. Just killing them is not enough.” Israeli Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, said: “Not a gram of aid will enter Gaza until its people beg on their knees.” He added: “Gaza should be flattened. There is no such thing as innocent people there.” Far-right leader Moshe Feiglin stated plainly: “Every child in Gaza is an enemy. We must occupy Gaza until there isn’t a single child left.” Al-Resheq asked: “Were these just inflammatory words, or have they become the blueprint for one of the most brutal genocides in modern history?” He asserted these statements are not isolated or emotional outbursts but “reflect a deeply entrenched political ideology within the Zionist state, translated daily into systematic genocide, aided by disgraceful global silence.” Over more than 600 days of war, he said, 90% of Gaza has been leveled, including areas labeled “safe” by the Israeli army, like Al-Mawasi, which was bombed 46 times. More than 63,000 people are dead or missing, including over 18,000 children and about 12,400 women—7,950 of whom were mothers. A total of 2,483 Palestinian families have been completely erased from civil records. Children and women account for over 60% of the victims, he added. Over 42,000 children have been orphaned. “Children make up 47% of Gaza’s population—more than a million human lives. The Israeli army spared none—subjecting them to murder, disfigurement, kidnapping, displacement, and denial of healthcare,” he said, stressing that those who rob children of life will not hesitate to violate their right to education or medical care. He emphasized the complete siege on Gaza disproportionately targets the most vulnerable—newborns, the elderly, and the sick—denying them life-saving medical access. Furthermore, “Israel continues to target those reporting the truth—journalists. Since the genocide began, 226 journalists have been killed.” He declared that Israel’s actions clearly meet the definition of genocide under Article II of the 1948 Genocide Convention, which includes mass killing, physical and mental harm, and infliction of life-threatening conditions—all evident in Gaza. “The same US weapon that dropped atomic bombs on Japan is now used to try and force Palestinians to surrender. But surrender doesn’t exist in the lexicon of Gaza’s indigenous people,” he said. He concluded: “The suffering of Gaza has surpassed that of Leningrad. Its resistance to extermination exceeds that of Stalingrad. And its coming victory, God willing, will heal the hearts of the believers. Gaza will sow the seeds of freedom and declare the end of the Zionist project in our region.” “The world must choose: either stand for humanity and justice—or become complicit in the greatest genocide of the 21st century.” *** ****** Rising death toll the 616th day of the Israeli genocidal war on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip June 13, 2025 (PIC) -- Palestinian medical sources confirmed that 64 civilians, including 26 starving individuals, were killed and over 218 injured in the past 24 hours of the Israeli genocidal war on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that 26 martyrs and over 294 injuries were recorded from aid distribution points today. The total number of Palestinians martyred while seeking aid has now reached 245, with over 2,152 injuries. On the basis of the above statistics reported by the PIC, the death toll due to the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip has reached 55,207 martyrs, with 127,821 injuries. Since March 18, 2025, when the ceasefire was broken and the genocide resumed, the number of martyrs has reached 4,924, with 15,780 injuries reported. *** Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza ongoing for the 616th day Friday 13-June-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continued its genocidal war on Gaza for the 616th consecutive day, with relentless aerial and artillery bombardment. Starving civilians and displaced persons are being killed with full American political and military support, amid international silence and unprecedented betrayal from the global community. Latest developments: According to medical sources, multiple casualties have been reported across Gaza since dawn Friday due to Israeli airstrikes. Local sources confirmed that several Palestinians were killed and others injured when Israeli forces targeted a tent sheltering displaced families in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younus, in southern Gaza. Casualties were also reported following an Israeli strike on the area around Al-Da’wah, northeast of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza. The Israeli forces also targeted civilians gathered to receive aid in the Al-Soudaniya area, north of Gaza City, injuring dozens. Israeli artillery shelled areas north of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp and east of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in southeastern Gaza City. An Israeli helicopter opened fire east of Gaza City, and warplanes targeted the already-destroyed Al-Taqwa Mosque in Al-Buraij refugee camp. Occupation forces launched flares around the Wadi Gaza bridge and shelled Palestinians waiting for aid on Salahuddeen Street in central Gaza. Young man Hamza Mohammad Abdullah was martyred in an airstrike on Jabalya, north of Gaza, joining his father who was killed in 2009. One Palestinian was also killed and several injured in a strike targeting a group east of Al-Matahin, south of Dair El-Bala'h. Six more people were killed and several injured after Israeli forces targeted a group of citizens in Al-Maghazi camp, central Gaza. Four were martyred and others injured in a strike on the Al-Muqawasi Towers area, northwest of Gaza City. Two Palestinians were killed in Beer Al-Na’ja area, west of the Jabalya refugee camp, as Israeli jets launched heavy strikes on Jabalya town. Two more civilians were killed in a strike on Al-Batn Al-Sameen, south of Khan Younus. Six martyrs from those waiting for aid were brought to Al-Shifa Hospital after being targeted in Al-Sudaniya. Two were shot dead by occupation forces near the aid center in Al-Shakoush, northwest of Rafa'h. Medical sources in Nasser Hospital reported receiving a martyr killed by an Israeli drone strike in 'Abasan Al-Kabeera, east of Khan Younus. Meanwhile, the PIC correspondent reported that Israeli forces are demolishing buildings in eastern and southern Khan Younus. A medical source at Al-Shifa Hospital confirmed five martyrs and several wounded were brought in after aid-seekers were targeted in Al-Sudaniya. Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nusayrat reported 13 martyrs and 200 injured after occupation forces opened fire on aid-seekers near the Netzarim corridor. Israeli forces also demolished homes northeast of Gaza City and in Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood, while airstrikes and artillery shelling continued across Khan Younus. Rising death toll: Palestinian medical sources confirmed that 64 civilians, including 26 starving individuals, were killed and over 218 injured in the past 24 hours due to continued Israeli military aggression. Gaza’s Ministry of Health stated that 26 martyrs and over 294 injuries were recorded from aid distribution points today. The total number of Palestinians martyred while seeking aid has now reached 245, with over 2,152 injuries. The ministry’s latest statistics confirm that (by June 12, 2025) since October 7, 2023, the death toll from the Israeli military aggression has reached 55,207 martyrs, with 127,821 injuries. Since March 18, 2025, when the ceasefire was broken and the genocide resumed, the number of martyrs has reached 4,924, with 15,780 injuries reported. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Palestinian detainee from Toulkarm dies in Israeli custody RAMALLAH, June 13, 2025 (WAFA) – The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) announced that Palestinian detainee Ra-id Isma'eel ‘As'asa, 57, has died while in Israeli custody. In a joint statement issued today, the Commission and PPS announced that they were notified by the General Authority of Civil Affairs of the death of detainee ‘As'asa. While the exact circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, it was confirmed that he had been transferred to an Israeli hospital on June 9 and was declared dead today, after 27 days in detention. They added that ‘As'asa, a married father of two boys and a girl, was a laborer working inside the 1948 territories. Since the onset of the genocide, the occupation has detained thousands of workers and subjected them to unprecedented forms of torture. With Abu 'Habl’s death, the number of identified Palestinian prisoners and detainees who have died since the beginning of the genocide has reached 72, including at least five workers. The death of ‘As'asa adds to the growing number of Palestinians who have died as a result of the intensified and systematic abuses perpetrated by the Israeli prison system since the onset of the ongoing genocide. This period has been the deadliest in the history of the Palestinian prisoner movement since 1967. As a result, the total number of Palestinian detainees who have died in Israeli prisons since 1967 has risen to 309. It is important to note that many detainees from Gaza remain subject to the crime of enforced disappearance. The two organizations held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the death of ‘As'asa and renewed their call on the international human rights community to take decisive action to hold Israeli officials accountable for the ongoing war crimes being committed against the Palestinian people. In a joint statement, they urged the imposition of sanctions to isolate Israel internationally and to restore the credibility of the international human rights system, which they stressed has been severely undermined during the genocide. They also called for an end to the exceptional immunity granted to Israel by colonial powers, which has enabled it to evade accountability and punishment. WAFA correspondent reported that, according to information the family received during ‘As'asa's detention, he began experiencing severe pain in his legs and extreme fatigue throughout his body ten days after his detention. He was subsequently transferred to an Israeli hospital for treatment. Although the family’s lawyer had informed them that he was scheduled to be released tomorrow, Saturday, he was instead pronounced dead today. T.R. *** IOFs kidnap and assault two children in Ramallah Friday 13-June-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped two children after brutally assaulting them in the village of Abu Shukhaidim, northwest of Ramallah. A footage, which was widely shared on social media, revealed that a group of six Israeli occupation soldiers, on Thursday evening, forcibly took 9-year-old Mustafa 'Alaa Qanda'h from his home, throwing him to the ground. One soldier was seen beating him with his hands and rifle butt while hurling insults at him. Following the assault, the child was forced out of the yard and taken to a military vehicle, where he was taken to a detention center. Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces also kidnaped another child, who was later identified as Mu'hammed Jadallah Qanda'h, during the same raid on Abu Shukhaidim, amid heavy fire of tear gas canisters. *** Five Palestinians sustain injuries as rocket shrapnel falls near Hebron HEBRON, June 13, 2025 (WAFA) – Five Palestinians on Friday evening sustained injuries as rocket shrapnel fell near the Sa'ir town, north of the southern occupied West Bank city of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS). The PRCS said that its crews evacuated five civilians, including three children, aged 6, 7, and 12 years, to a hospital after being injured by the shrapnel of a rocket that fell near the town. K.F. *** Israel tightens closure on West Bank cities, opens fire on civilians Friday 13-June-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces have intensified closures across the West Bank, sealing off more entrances and intersections in Salfeet, Nablus, northern Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), and Toulkarm as part of ongoing restrictions on Palestinian movement and mobility. The Israeli forces opened fire on civilians at the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani 'Hasan, west of Salfeet, as they attempted to pass through iron gates installed in the area. Additionally, an Israeli military bulldozer closed off one of the entrances to the town of Jinsafut, east of Qalqilya, while settler mobs attacked Palestinian vehicles in the Rammeen Valley and Burqa areas in the northern West Bank. These actions coincided with an Israeli military raid in the town of Zaita, north of Toulkarm. Senior 'Hamas leader Ma'hmoud Mardawi earlier stated that the comprehensive siege imposed by Israeli forces on West Bank cities constitutes a collective punishment and is yet another crime added to the occupation’s dark record of targeting the Palestinian people. Mardawi explained that the blockade of main entrances in the West Bank and the restriction of citizens’ movement is a form of collective punishment, in blatant violation of basic principles of international humanitarian law. *** 'Hamas: Israel’s hermetic closure of West Bank is crime, collective punishment Friday 13-June-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Senior Hamas official Ma'hmoud Mardawi stated that the comprehensive siege imposed by Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) on West Bank cities constitutes a collective crime, adding yet another atrocity to the occupation’s long record of targeting the Palestinian people. In a press statement on Friday, Mardawi said that the IOFs closure of main West Bank entrances and its prevention of citizen movement represent a form of collective punishment and flagrantly violate basic principles of international humanitarian law. He further explained that the closure of all gates of the Aqsa Mosque by Israeli police and the prevention of worshipers from entering is a blatant assault on Islamic holy sites and freedom of worship and part of a broader attempt to accelerate the Judaization of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Mardawi warned of the dangerous implications of this escalation, which coincides with Israel’s aggression against Iran, calling it an attempt to exploit regional tensions to further oppress the Palestinian people. He stressed that such actions and violations will not break the will of the Palestinian people, nor their resilience, attachment to their land and holy sites, or their commitment to resistance as the path to end the occupation. Separately, the Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs condemned Israel’s closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and Al-Ibraheemi Mosque in al-Khalil at dawn on Friday, barring worshipers from entering these two most significant religious sites in Palestine. In a statement issued Friday, the ministry said, “We strongly condemn and denounce this act and reaffirm our unwavering commitment to safeguarding and protecting Islamic holy places.” The ministry called on international institutions to intervene and put an end to Israel’s violations against sacred sites and houses of worship. Following the Israeli police’s closure of all gates of the Aqsa Mosque under the pretext of a “state of emergency,” the Islamic Waqf Department in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) announced that the call to prayer would continue at the scheduled times, and Friday prayers and sermon would be held by the available guards and staff only. The Israeli occupation apartheid regime police sealed off Al-Aqsa Mosque early Friday until further notice, immediately after the Israeli Home Front Command declared a state of emergency. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli police stormed Al-Aqsa’s courtyards after the dawn prayer and forcibly removed worshipers from the Mosque’s compound. *** 'Hamas: Israel’s closure of Al-Aqsa, Al-Ibraheemi Mosques grants no legitimacy to its occupation Friday 13-June-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has affirmed that the Israeli closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and Al-Ibraheemi Mosque in Al-Khaleel (Hebron) constitutes a dangerous provocation and a blatant assault on the sanctity of holy sites. 'Hamas stressed that this desperate attempt will not confer any legitimacy on the occupation of these sacred places. In a statement issued Friday evening, 'Hamas issued an urgent appeal to the Arab and Islamic nations, calling for immediate action to protect the first the Qibla, the third holiest site in Islam, and all Islamic and Christian holy places in Palestine from the Israeli Judaization plans. The Israeli occupation apartheid regime police closed Al-Aqsa Mosque early Friday “until further notice,” following the declaration of a state of emergency by the Israeli Home Front Command. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli police stormed the courtyards of Aqsa Mosque after the dawn prayer, preventing worshipers from remaining in the Mosque compound. Police forces also raided the internal prayer halls, forcibly removing worshipers and closing the Mosque’s gates. These aggressive Israeli measures come amid an unprecedented worsening of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, particularly since the Israeli forces closed all border crossings on March 2nd, while continuing their devastating war on the besieged Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023. This ongoing assault, fully backed by the United States, has resulted in the killing and injury of more than 182,000 Palestinians, the majority of them women and children. In addition, over 11,000 people remain missing, and hundreds of thousands have been displaced amid widespread destruction and severe shortages of food, medicine, and shelter. *** Israeli occupation forces continue their massive home demolitions spree in Toulkarm Toulkarm, June 13, 2025 (WAFA) - The Israeli occupation forces on Friday continued their massive spree of home demolitions in the occupied West Bank city of Toulkarm and the adjoining refugee camps, according to WAFA correspondent. She said that the occupation forces proceeded with the large-scale demolition of Palestinians’ houses and residential buildings in the city and the nearby refugee camps of Tulkarm and Nur Shams as the military aggression on Tulkarm city and refugee camp entered the 138th and on Nur Shams entered the 125th consecutive day. She elaborated that Israeli army bulldozers tore down residential buildings in Toulkarm refugee camp, one of the most densely populated refugee camps in the West Bank, for the eighth consecutive day as part of a plan targeting 106 buildings in both the Toulkarm and Nur Shams refugee camps — 58 of which are located in Toulkarm. These structures comprise more than 250 residential units and numerous commercial establishments. The occupying forces also continue to impose a tight siege on the city and the refugee camps, simultaneously while infantry soldiers continue to be deployed in the alleyways and at the entrances of the targeted neighborhoods, preventing residents from returning to their houses to inspect the damage or retrieve personal belongings, and firing at anyone approaching the area. Over the past few days, the Nour Shams refugee camp was the target of continued demolitions, leading to the demolition of over 20 buildings under the occupation army efforts to widen roads and reshape the refugee camps — assertions widely rejected by Palestinian officials and human rights groups. Meanwhile, the gun-toting soldiers continued to take over residential buildings on the Nablus Street and in parts of the northern neighborhood of the city, forcibly displacing the families and turning the buildings into military outposts and barracks. The occupation forces have been taking over some of such buildings for over four months. The soldiers had constructed earth berms on the Nablus Street, which links Toulkarm refugee camp to the Nur Shams camp, several months ago, resulting in extensive damages. They continued to set up checkpoints on the street, obstructing the movement of civilians and aggravating their suffering. This ongoing aggression has so far resulted in the killing of 13 civilians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. It has also resulted in dozens of injuries and detentions, as well as widespread destruction of infrastructure, homes, shops, and vehicles. Latest estimates indicate that the aggression has displaced over 5,000 families from the two camps, comprising over 25,000 Palestinians, completely destroyed at least 400 houses, partially damaged 2,753 others, as soldiers continued to block the entrances with barriers, turning the camps into areas that are void of any sign of life. In an emergency session on Thursday in New York, the UNGA overwhelmingly adopted a resolution demanding an immediate, unconditional, and lasting ceasefire in Gaza. The resolution was backed by 149 Member States, with 12 voting against and 19 abstaining. The OIC stated that the 149 Member States voting in favor of the resolution reflect the political will of the overwhelming majority of the world's states. It stressed the importance of the provisions of the resolution, particularly the demand for “an immediate halt to all settlement construction, expansion, land confiscation, home demolitions, forced evictions and settler violence in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem,” the call for “immediate and concrete steps to preserve the territorial integrity of the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and towards unifying the Gaza Strip with the West Bank under the Palestinian Authority,” and stressing “the need for accountability in order to ensure Israel’s respect of international law obligations.” It renewed the call for the international community to take the measures necessary to compel Israel, the occupying power, to immediately and fully comply with the terms of this UNGA Resolution, including bringing an end to the military aggression and humanitarian suffering in the war-battered Strip, and the immediate cessation of the policies of annexation, colonization, the de-Palestinization of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), along with the settler violence in the occupied West Bank. K.F. *** 'Hamas welcomes UN resolution calling for end to war on Gaza Friday 13-June-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement, along with the Palestinian presidency, welcomed the UN General Assembly’s overwhelming adoption on Thursday of a resolution calling for an immediate, permanent, and unconditional ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. The resolution also demands the opening of humanitarian corridors, the guarantee of aid delivery, and the condemnation of starvation as a means of warfare. In a statement, Hamas described the overwhelming vote as a “political and moral victory for the steadfast Palestinian people and proof of the failure of the Zionist occupation and the US administration to impose their false narrative.” The Movement added that the resolution exposes the collapse of Israel’s self-defense claims in the face of the scale of massacres and acts of genocide committed in Gaza. 'Hamas also viewed the vote as a decisive response to the US administration, which vetoed a similar resolution in the Security Council just days ago and tried to pressure the General Assembly to condemn Hamas and the Palestinian resistance. “The vote confirms the world’s rejection of the biased American approach, which legitimizes killing and starvation while covering for Zionist war crimes,” the statement continued. 'Hamas called on the United Nations to translate this resolution into practical, binding steps to halt the aggression immediately, lift the unjust blockade, hold Israeli leaders accountable for their crimes, and save civilians in Gaza who face the constant threat of famine and death. Late Thursday evening, the UN General Assembly passed the resolution, submitted by Spain, calling for an immediate, unconditional, and permanent ceasefire in Gaza that all parties must observe. The resolution, which received 149 votes in favor, calls on Israel to lift its blockade, open border crossings, and ensure immediate humanitarian aid access to Gaza’s population. It also condemns the use of starvation as a weapon and the unlawful denial of aid, stressing the need for accountability to ensure Israel complies with international law. The resolution calls for the release of Israeli captives in Gaza as well as Palestinian prisoners held by Israel and demands a full withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from Gaza. This UN resolution followed a US veto last week of a similar draft resolution by the Security Council, despite its broad support from all other members. While General Assembly resolutions are non-binding, they carry moral and political weight as expressions of the international community’s position. Previous General Assembly calls for ending the war in Gaza were also ignored by Israel. Unlike the Security Council, no country holds veto power in the General Assembly. Thursday’s vote also came ahead of a UN conference next week intended to revive momentum for the two-state solution. The US has urged nations not to attend. In a memo seen by Reuters, the US warned that “countries taking hostile steps against Israel following the conference will be seen as acting against American foreign policy interests and may face diplomatic consequences.” Last week, the US vetoed a Security Council resolution demanding an immediate and unconditional ceasefire and unrestricted aid access to Gaza, arguing that it undermined Washington’s mediation efforts. These diplomatic maneuvers unfold against the backdrop of a worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza, home to over two million people. Since October 7, 2023, Israel has waged a genocidal war, with the UN warning of imminent famine. Aid has barely trickled in amid Israel’s tightening siege. In October 2023, the General Assembly called for an immediate humanitarian truce in Gaza, passing with 120 votes. In December 2023, 153 countries voted for a humanitarian ceasefire, and later that same month, 158 voted for an immediate, unconditional, and permanent ceasefire. Since March 2, Israel has sealed all Gaza crossings, blocking all humanitarian aid, leading to starvation conditions, despite hundreds of aid trucks piled up at the border. Israel’s war machine continues to commit genocide in Gaza, targeting civilians since October 7. Massacres of women and children continue alongside a total blockade of the enclave. Backed by the US, Israel continues its genocide campaign in Gaza—killing, starving, destroying homes, mosques, churches, and vital infrastructure, forcibly displacing hundreds of thousands, and ignoring international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt the aggression. The war has left over 182,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them women and children, with more than 11,000 missing, alongside mass displacement and famine that has already claimed the lives of many, including children. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
